What does a Digital Project Manager actually do?

My job is to make sure your vision becomes reality without you having to deal with the technical chaos. I coordinate resources, optimize processes, and oversee every stage of the project so it ships on time, within budget, and at the quality you expect.
Do you work on a fixed-scope basis or by the hour?

It depends. For well-defined projects I prefer a fixed budget. For strategic consulting or ongoing management, I work with monthly retainers or hour packages, adapting to the pace of your business.
I'm in Latin America or the U.S. — how do we handle the time difference?

It's an advantage. Being in European time (CET), I make progress on tasks while you rest. By the time your day starts, you already have updates ready to review. Notion, Slack, and synced calendars to keep communication smooth.
Will you teach me to use the tools, or only do the implementation?

I teach you. I don't want you stuck depending on me for basic tasks. With every implementation I deliver a practical guide or training session so your team can run day-to-day operations on its own.
