Applied AI

An assistant that answers with your information and tells you when someone is worth your time.

Not a chatbot reciting a script. An assistant that knows your operation, answers what people actually ask, says where each answer came from, and hands you the contact details of whoever is ready to talk.

Book a call

The assistant on this site is one of them. Open it and ask it anything.

The problem

The information is there. Nobody can find it.

Every organisation piles up answers: in documents, in email, in videos, in the heads of two or three people. When someone asks from outside, that information exists but nobody reaches it in time.

The consequence is not angry customers. It is quieter than that: they leave without saying a word, and you never find out they asked.

What I build

Three concrete things, not abstract capabilities.

01

The assistant that answers and captures

It answers questions about what you do, leads the conversation, and the moment it spots real intent it alerts you with the contact and the context of that chat.

The one on this site does exactly that: it stores every conversation and messages my phone when a lead worth having shows up.

02

The one that searches your own knowledge

It feeds on your documents, your videos, your manuals. It answers from that material, not from what it imagines.

One I built over 94 transcribed videos answers by citing the exact video and the minute where it was said.

03

The automation that connects what you already use

The assistant does not live in isolation: it writes to your email, your messaging app, or the system you already run. No switching tools.

No new platforms and no subscriptions piling up: it works on whatever your team already opens every day.

What everyone asks

The three doubts that always come up.

What if it makes an answer up?

That is the real risk, which is why every answer carries its source. The assistant cites where it got what it says, the document or the video and the minute, and whoever asked can check it. If it cannot find the information, it says so instead of filling the gap.

What happens to my data?

Your information does not train any public model. Conversations are stored where you decide and for as long as you decide. Before we start, I tell you plainly what gets stored, where, and for how long.

How long does it take?

An assistant that answers and captures: weeks, not months. One that searches your own knowledge depends on the state of that material — if it has to be transcribed and organised, that is usually the longest part of the job. I tell you before we start, not halfway through.

How we work

Three steps, no surprises.

1

A conversation

Half an hour to understand what people ask you and what is hard to answer. If I do not think it is worth it, I say so right there.

2

A real trial

An assistant running on your information, not a slide deck. You try it yourself and decide on something that exists.

3

In production

Installed, connected to what you already use, and with your team knowing how it holds up. Without being tied to me for every change.

Let us start with the simplest question: what do people ask you every day?

If you have that answer, we already have a place to start. Half an hour, no commitment, and you leave knowing whether this is useful to you or not.
